    I have spent a LOT of my life burying uncomfortable feelings, smashing them down, compacting them as efficiently as a trash compactor.  I have even sprayed a bit of Febreze on top of the trash, but the smell rises through that temporary camouflage.

    I saw a post online today about the concept of a “glimmer”, that is, moments in your day that make you feel joy, happiness, peace, or gratitude. The thought in the post was that the more we look for such moments, and train our brain to see them, the more these tiny moments will appear!
