  • Living in the Question

“Living in the question” is a technique that we can use to allow our mind the freedom to explore, to hone in on the possibilities, without making it seem that we are making a decision and actually embarking on a major change. This manifestation accelerator can truly speed up the creation process.

  • Daily Spark: Twirl in the Skirt!

Life can seem so serious, but when we allow ourselves to experience joy, to play, we bring more joy into our lives. Joy begets joy! When I get out of my own way, I truly do allow myself to shine!

  • Daily Spark: I am Worthy! I am Enough!

In a meditation I was listening to this morning I was implored to use as my mantra, “I am Worthy! I am Enough!” To shine, we really need to believe and know that these words are true!

  • Daily Spark: Rocks in the Garden

When walking along a pathway at the hospital, I was invited to decorate a rock, to provide encouragement to others. One actually said, “Keep Shining!”

  • A Life Without Reverie

An Episcopal priest once said to me that “a life without reverie is meaningless”.  It is important to take time to reflect, to process, to make sense of all of the stimuli around us; time for reverie. John Dewey said, “We don’t learn from experience, we learn from reflecting on experience.”
